How to Refresh or Store your Sourdough Loaf
To refresh:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and place parchment paper on a sheetpan. Run your unsliced sourdough loaf under the tap (yes~ run water over the entire loaf of bread!!) and place on the sheetpan. Place the pan with bread in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the crust is delightfully crispy and the inside is warm. Slice carefully, and enjoy!

To freeze (up to three months):
Slice your sourdough loaf into desired thickness slices. Place parchment paper between each slice, and place in a freezer bag. Pull out pieces as desired and toast in your toaster until crispy and golden brown. Enjoy!

For non sourdough items~ please freeze in portions to remove as necessary. Our items are never frozen! Typically baked goods can be refrozen once without drastically affecting quality, but please do not freeze and thaw multiple times.

Jam MUST be refrigerated upon opening.
